Habeas earlier this week announced the latest version of its e-mail monitoring service designed to help legitimate senders increase the delivery rates of their e-mail campaigns.
Habeas Email Monitor offers real-time information about message delivery, recipient feedback, the status of senders' reputations, and their compliance with Habeas SafeList, an Internet white list that can raise the delivery rate of senders listed on it by up to 20 percent, the company says. Habeas' customers are marketing organizations, newsletter publishers, and other groups looking to increase the number of legitimate mailings that make it to recipients' mailboxes, instead of getting caught by spam filters and other technology.
The new version, available now, includes an updated display that gives customers a quick view into the status of their reputation as an e-mail sender and offers suggestions for improving that reputation as necessary, according to company officials. General advice is also offered by e-mail experts to help senders maintain a good sender reputation.
The updated service's display also consolidates all of a sender's reputation assessments into a single status and breaks down values for domain reputation and IP address reputation to better help users pinpoint factors being considered in their reputation scores, they say.
Pricing for the Habeas Email Monitor service ranges depending up the size of an organization and the nature of its mailings. For a mid-sized company, the service costs roughly US$15,000.
