Vodafone is now offering an end-to-end BlackBerry service for local SMBs. The company has teamed up with contact management software vendor ACT to provide a unique mobile solution for sales staff. The offering allows field staff to access their ACT database of information via BlackBerry. For $1500 per user, the companies are offering the ACT Mobility Suite and ACT Web Suite. ACT regional business manager Ken Prokopec said one hour of training is all that's required to get users up and running and fully self-sufficient with both the hardware and software. "Mobility is now a top priority for many SMBs. We wanted to make it simple to get connected," Prokopec said, adding that the goal was to take out the complexity so organizations have to deal with only one company instead of three for an end-to-end solution.
