Cybertrust has tweaked its Online Compliance Program (OCP) for banks and financial institutions to compile and export merchant compliance reports in Excel.
The new exporting feature allows banks to report merchant status back to credit card companies, part of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
The PCI Data Security Standard, introduced June 2005, is a list of 12 specific items that retailers, online merchants, data processors and any business that handles credit card data must comply with.
The tweaked OCP now allows banks to filter merchants based on previously defined criteria such as compliance status, merchant levels and compliance validation.
Cybertrust global senior vice president Kerry Bailey said the OCP system allows organizations to not only monitor and manage their own status, but that of their partners as well.
