Ericsson Australia has announced the acquisition of Australian company Tusc for $9.5 million.
Established more than 20 years ago, Tusc is an enterprise systems integrator, and subsidiary of Allied Technologies, with around 80 employees.
Ericsson said its goal is to strengthen its position in the local telecommunications services market and allows the company to acquire new customers in the utilities market.
