<p>Diversification of product offering to increase Optima’s market share</p>
<p>SYDNEY, Australia – Optima Technology Solutions (ASX:OPI), Australia’s largest computer manufacturer, has today announced it will diversify its product offering with the creation of a new consumer electronics division.</p>
<p>The consumer electronics division has been formed in accordance with Optima’s latest ‘3C’ business strategy, which focuses on product development within the areas of computers, communications and consumer electronics. Optima believes that this product development and new division will enable it to grow its market share and fulfill its ‘3x3’ vision of earning $300 million revenue within the next three years.</p>
<p>“The development of the consumer electronics division will take us to the next level of growth. With our proven expertise in integrating leading edge technology into innovative products, that are supported by a nationwide supply and service network, we are confident that we can effectively penetrate this market,” said Cornel Ung, Executive Chairman of the Board, Optima Technology Solutions.</p>
<p>Optima’s consumer electronic products will be available as of the fourth quarter and will encompass three main product areas - display, mobile entertainment and home entertainment, strengthening Optima’s already successful line of servers, notebooks and desktops.</p>
