Mitel Appoints Second Australian Distribution Partner and Announces New Channel Program

<p>Sydney Australia, Apr 19th 2005 – Mitel, a leading provider of IP communications solutions, today appointed Uptime Distribution as their second Value Added Distributor for the Australian market, and launched an updated channel program in Australia.</p>

Ready to use marketing resources and literature are provided online, along with exclusive access to specific partner Webinar presentations and classroom based training. In addition, Mitel provides sales leads to accredited partners, by matching partner skills and geographical location to the needs of the end user.</p>
<p>The various levels of accreditation are Mitel AUTHORISED RESELLER, Mitel SILVER SOLUTION PROVIDER, Mitel GOLD SOLUTION PROVIDER, and Mitel PLATINUM SOLUTION PROVIDER. Platinum level demonstrates that the Solution Provider has the highest level of converged skills and is best placed to support customers in implementing converged voice and data networks.</p>
