StayinFront Easily Accommodates Unanticipated Hardware Change; Partners with SCHWARZ PHARMA, Ltd. to Identify Best Solution for Mobile Sales Force

<p>LONDON (30 January, 2004) - StayinFront, a leading global provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools and e-business systems, today announced that SCHWARZ PHARMA Ltd. has decided to upgrade and expand its StayinFront CRM software.</p>
<p>SCHWARZ PHARMA Ltd. has been a StayinFront client since 2001. <p>Initially, SCHWARZ PHARMA utilised both StayinFront Visual Elk„§ and StayinFront Pocket Elk„§; the latter primarily because of its suitability for the hand-held hardware that was previously used by its sales force. When the manufacturer of the hand-held hardware discontinued support, SCHWARZ PHARMA relied on its long-term relationship with StayinFront to explore other hardware options, as well as to examine the expanded functionality available in the next version of StayinFront¡¦s CRM solution, StayinFront Visual Elk 9.</p>
<p>¡§We were very concerned when Hewlett Packard discontinued its Jornada hand-held devices,¡¨ stated Dr. Copping. ¡§However, our StayinFront software investment proved to be most wise. StayinFront can effortlessly accommodate our hardware change, without great cost. Few CRM vendors can offer that kind of flexibility.¡¨</p>
<p>Concurrent with its hardware change from the Jornada hand-held devices to laptops, SCHWARZ PHARMA decided to upgrade from StayinFront Visual Elk 8 to StayinFront Visual Elk 9. This upgrade enables them to gain additional functionality, as well as consolidation on a SQL database, which streamlines system administration.</p>
