Amtex Introduces New Voltage and Frequency Converters

<p>50Hz, 60H and 400Hz devices cater to specialist needs</p>
<p>SYDNEY, December 16, 2003: Amtex Electronics today announced the FTT and FTP ranges of Voltage and Frequency Converters designed for applications, which require different frequencies to the standard 50Hz.</p>
<p>The new Frequency Converters are ideal for use in the avionics, defense and telecommunications industries and offer conversion of any input voltage and frequency to any output voltage and frequency.</p>
<p>Examples of the units’ capabilities include the ability to convert single-phase input of 115V or 230V to three-phase output at 208V, 380V or even 415V and a frequency of 50Hz, 60H or 400Hz.
Power levels available from 1KVA to 6KVA.</p>
<p>Amtex can also customize the Converters to customers’ specifications, creating bespoke packaging solutions or adding metering facilities.</p>
