<p>Sydney – 24 July 2003 – iWay Software, an Information Builders company, and Microsoft today announced a relationship whereby iWay will provide a Universal Adapter Suite exclusively for SQL Server Data Transformation Services that will extend SQL Server's distributed database capabilities to over 50 popular proprietary databases and files, as well as major packaged application systems such as SAP R/3, SAP BW, J.D. Edwards, Siebel, and PeopleSoft. The introduction of iWay's Universal Adapter Suite for Microsoft SQL Server Data Transformation Services will ease the data integration burden across organizations of all sizes, by introducing a cost-effective and easy-to-manage solution to the marketplace.</p>
<p>The iWay Universal Adapter Suite for Microsoft SQL Server Data Transformation Services gives Microsoft SQL Server customers a new level of integration with their legacy data for high-volume transactions and massive data warehouses. It also extends the reach of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 into the application integration marketplace by enhancing its capabilities to work with packaged applications from such companies as Siebel, PeopleSoft, and SAP. The agreement also includes mainframe and legacy adapters for relational, hierarchical, network, and file structures.</p>
