    Send the NBN to the Productivity Commission: Alliance for Affordable Broadband (AAB)

    The Alliance for Affordable Broadband (AAB) has upped its campaign against the National Broadband Network (NBN), issuing a second open letter, this time calling upon the independent members of the House of Representatives to push for the infrastructure proposal to be pushed to the Productivity Commission for a cost-benefit analysis.

    Poll: Is the NBN 3.0 plan viable?

    A group of seven key wireless and fibre players yesterday released an open letter presenting a case against the National Broadband Network (NBN), and a hypothetical alternative - an "NBN 3.0" - that proposes a market-led approach to providing speeds of up to 100 megabits per second (Mbps) to 98 per cent of Australia, and 12Mbps to the remainder.
