WHAT IT DOES: Unclutters web pages
Readability is a web service that you can add to IE10 as a bookmarklet, which then lets you remove extraneous elements (images and text) surrounding the main body of words in a web page layout. The result should make reading the text you really want to read more legible and free of visual clutter.
