Asus ET2300
Asus' new touch-screen ET2300 Windows 8 AiO has a double-hinged screen that lets you adjust the display to almost any angle that you'd want, including facing straight up. It is designed to deliver sound to match its display, with Asus SonicMaster technology and a subwoofer. It also comes with both four USB 3.0 ports and two Thunderbolt ports for high-speed connectivity.
