In pictures: Steve Jobs and Apple - The successes and flops

From the Lisa to the App Store, here are 11 products from Steve Jobs's tenure as Apple's CEO that made an impact - whether they succeeded or not

iMac: This is the computer that reversed Apple's fortunes. Released in 1998, the original iMac was a radical departure from other computers of the era. Instead of a tower desktop and a bulky CRT, the iMac was a sleek all-in-one desktop, clad in turquoise and white translucent plastic (Apple referred to the colors as "Bondi Blue" and "Ice," respectively). It also had no floppy drive (gasp!)--a sign of things to come, perhaps. Thirteen years and many revisions later, the iMac lives on as Apple's flagship desktop Mac.

I feel very fortunate to be living in this great time of technology,
We truly live in amazing times , something that I believe, the
Majority of us take for granted , and , In my opinion, we have
Steve Jobs to largely thank !!

I have been saying for some time now , that his name , along
With the Apple brand , will be the subject of many history classes,
100 years from now , I personally don't think we will ever witness
Someone like him, technology wise , again..

Kudos !! Mr Jobs !!!! And I hope you enjoy some well earned time
To yourself , and your family !!!!
