NBN Tasmania launch
The official launch of the National Broadband Network
Last Thursday morning, the National Broadband Network was officially launched in Tasmania by Prime Minister Julia Gillard, Communications Minister Stephen Conroy and Tasmanian Premier David Bartlett. They can be seen here getting ready to push a big blue button for the official launch — despite the fact that some residents and businesses in Tasmania have already been getting NBN services for weeks.
