Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organisations, today announced that BlueFire, the largest managed services provider (MSP) in Australia has chosen to use Kaseya’s Managed Services Edition, an integrated IT Automation Framework specifically designed for managed service providers.
Kaseya’s framework will enable BlueFire to manage its client's infrastructure, network components, servers, and users' desktop PCs, remotely, comprehensively and transparently. To provide its clients with the best service and comprehensive solutions, BlueFire also purchased Kaseya add-on modules including back-up and disaster recovery, end-point security and its recently released user state management product, as well as Kaseya’s consulting and installation services.
Now, BlueFire will be able to provide services to its clients within a day and to monitor their activity very promptly. In addition, Kaseya’s solutions will help BlueFire to track and answer their customers’ issues and requests automatically through the Integrated Help Desk function and to provide comprehensive reports to its clients. BlueFire’s IT infrastructure management will be enhanced and extended thanks to the incorporation of reactive antivirus and spyware detection and the company will now enjoy real-time automated disk backup, disk imaging, file level backup and bare-metal restore for Windows servers and workstations.
Tim Dickinson, ANZ Country Manager for Kaseya, said “We’re thrilled to have one of the largest MSP’s in Australia using our solution and we are delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to their business’ success.”
“We are very excited about our business with Kaseya”, said Jason Serda, Managing Director and CIO of BlueFire. “The deployment of the MSP solution from Kaseya will give our administrators a single management tool to monitor, maintain, secure and back up all our customers’ systems; providing the framework for the company’s transformation to a more economical MSP business model. We can now grow our customer base and services portfolio with a more efficient service delivery model.”
Through their deployment of the Kaseya solution, BlueFire will be able to provide unbeatable automated IT services to its clients. The company now has the tools they need to properly ensure IT services support their business.
