GoConnect to co-launch gay Internet radio channel in Australia
The popular UK radio station GaydarRadio.co.uk will be launched in this country on September 1.

GoConnect Limited (ASX:GCN) Thursday announced it was partnering with QSoft Consulting Limited to launch an Internet radio service catering to the gay community.

GaydarRadio.com is a pop/dance based music station which broadcasts in the UK on the Sky service and on digital radio in London.

The service caters to the 1.62 million members of the popular UK sites Gaydar.co.uk and Gaydargirls.co.uk, and is listened to by around 538,000 users monthly.

The site will officially be launched in Australia on September 1.

GoConnect and QSoft have already collaborated on the gay and lesbian online business directory GaydarDirect.com.
