Lexmark partners with TodayTech
Agnes King 22/09/2000 12:01:01

Lexmark has appointed TodayTech as its newest distribution partner in an effort to make its products more accessible to resellers and expand its reach within the Aussie market.

With distribution centres around the country, including Sydney, Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Townsville, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, TodayTech will deliver Lexmark products overnight, making them readily available to resellers, thereby reducing warehousing costs.

"In recent times, resellers have been focusing on improving efficiency and have had to cut back on the amount of stock they carry." said Martin Ryan, Lexmark's general manager of the business printer division for South Asia.

"In forging ahead with this partnership, Lexmark and TodayTech are able to assist resellers in this drive for efficiency by ensuring fast and reliable delivery of Lexmark's products," Ryan said.

The alliance also gives Lexmark access to TodayTech's extensive client base within the government and corporate sector. The hardware distributor's inventory includes 30 local councils as customers, as well as federal government agencies, and corporate clients such as Solution 6.

Jack Zhong, managing director of TodayTech, described the alliance as a selective involvement with a business partner whose products they trust and who have significant leverage for growth.
