Shopping.com to add travel section operated by Wego
The two companies have joined forces to provide a travel category to shopping.com, to cater to the $10 billion Australian travel market.

Comparison buying site Shopping.com has forged a partnership with Wego.com to add a travel category to the shopping.com online comparison site.

Data from over a hundred travel Web sites will be compiled, allowing users to compare prices from airlines, travel agents and hotel chains.

The site will be catering to a broad customer base -- the travel industry in Australia has reached around $10 billion per year.

Shopping.com claims to attract attracts over one million unique visitors per months.
