New chief of Tribe

In an effort to continue to grow their home market, Sydney-based entertainment and online media company Tribe, has appointed Scott Neilson as new managing director of its Australian On Line Division.

Before Neilson's appointment, Tribe founder and CEO, Milt Barlow headed up the Australian On Line businessNeilson, who will report directly to Barlow, was previously vice president, sales Asia, at Internet directory BT Looksmart and, before that, managing director of Britannica.com.au.

He also held senior management positons at the ARN radio group.
