Genpact acquires ICE Enterprise Solutions
Services delivered from 24 operation centres

Genpact today announced it has acquired SAP services partner ICE Enterprise Solutions, for an undisclosed sum.

Genpact has more than 25 global clients based in Australia, Europe and Nth America including GE, Nissan, Wachovia, Kimberly-Clark, Genworth, Air Canada, and the Linde Group.

Genpact CEO Pramod Bhasin said the acquisition "perfectly matches" the needs of today's global clients who are looking for business process service providers with broad and deep technology capabilities.

"This acquisition further strengthens our ability to provide seamless, end-to-end solutions for our customers," he said.

ICE founder Cok Volgering said the company was impressed by Genpact's commitment to quality and the acquisition holds great promise for SAP customers worldwide.

"This acquisition is in line with our strategy of providing solutions for our customers that combine platforms, business intelligence and process excellence," he said.

Genpact was created by GE and became a separate company in early 2005.

In the past two years, Genpact has grown its workforce to more than 27,000 including 2,000 Six Sigma-trained Green Belts, 500 Black Belts and Master Black Belts.

Services are delivered from 24 operation centres in seven countries including India, China, Hungary and the Philippines.
