Business Mashups - Building the Intelligent Organization by Empowering Users

Your IT department is most likely suffering from an ever increasing backlog of IT requests. This is due to growing demand for new business applications while sticking with minimal budgets and resources. 75% of current IT budgeting goes directly towards maintaining existing systems, leaving your IT department with little or no resources to spend on new developments.

The IT department therefore has limited time for these small business applications, even though they are designed to enable the organization to become more innovative, responsive, competitive, intelligent and efficient.

So how can these vital applications get built when IT has no time or resources to spare? Businesses need to empower employees to maintain and build small applications, with a limited amount of guidance from IT, ensuring that new applications get built and that these adhere to organisational policies.

Grab a cup of coffee, switch on your computer and take half an hour out of your busy business day to attend and discover:

  • What Business Mashups are made of
  • Why Business Mashups are so effective
  • How Business Mashups can be applied in your business
  • How to create a vital business application in minutes
