Can anyone tell me how to call up French Unicode's when using Word and Windows Live Mail.

Every time I have to write something in French, I take help from
http://tlt.its.psu.edu/suggestions/i...ge/french.html
If you take a look at the section "Windows alt code" by basically pressing the "alt" key down and a combination of numbers, you can get different type of letters, I tested it with words, windows live mail, and even Internet Explorer 8, é à á â ã .
