His focus at IDC Australia is the segmentation of all ICT markets per business size, vertical industry and region, with a special interest in the Small and Medium Business area. He manages a complete research program on SMB.
	Clive Gold Product Marketing Manager, Australia/New Zealand EMC Corporation Clive has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. Since 1999 Clive has been working with the EMC Corporation as a Program Manager before moving to the position of Regional Marketing Director in 2000. In 2004, Clive took on the position of Product Marketing Manager. In this role, Clive is responsible for EMC's specialist product marketing activities and he plays a strategic role in advising on the overall direction of EMC. Clive is also the vice chairman of SNIA ANZ.
	Howard Porter Asia Pacific SMB Partner Sales Manager VMware Howard Porter is the Asia Pacific SMB Partner Sales Manager for VMware, responsible for driving it's channel business in the Small & Medium Business segment including the recruitment, development and enablement of the reseller network, delivering revenue via the network of mid market partners to the business. Prior to VMware, Howard was the SMB Sales Manager for Symantec in Australia & New Zealand. He also had regional roles with PeopleSoft in Japan & Asia Pacific, and Novell in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
