Computerworld Competition Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except employees and immediate families of the promoter, associated companies and agencies. The promoter is IDG Communications Pty Ltd, Level 22, 8-20 Napier St, North Sydney, NSW 2060. ABN 1400 1 592 650.
- To enter, entrants must become members of the Computerworld web site (www.computerworld.com.au) (entry is free), and complete the competition question.
- The competition commences at midday on 2 September 2009, and closes at 5pm on 14 October 2009.
- At the conclusion of the competition, the editor will choose one winner based on originality and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
- Prizes: HP ProCurve Enterprise Wireless Starter Pack valued at $5,200.
- Entry to the competition is limited to one per Australian resident.
- The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost or misdirected entries.
- The winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail, using the details provided in their entry form on the 2nd September 2009 and published on the Computerworld Web site on the 14th October 2009.
- Prizes will be sent within 28 days from the draw date unless otherwise stated. If any prizes remain unclaimed as at 4 November 2009, the Promoter may select another winner based on originality and creativity.
- Entries remain the property of the promoter and cannot be returned. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise stated by the entrant.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prizes. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the date this prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
