Managed-care company Magellan Health Services Inc. in Columbia, Md., has signed up application service provider (ASP) Concur Technologies Inc. in Redmond, Wash., to deliver travel and expense software to its 12,500 employees. Magellan said that by using an ASP, it can divert information technology talent to more pressing application development and support.
