Brief: Firms to Integrate XML, EDI Transactions

FRAMINGHAM (08/11/2000) - Philadelphia-based Bluestone Software Inc.'s business-to-business transaction server will be integrated with McLean, Va.-based XMLSolutions Corp.'s electronic data interchange (EDI) and XML translation and schema management software. The integration will help firms exchange data between EDI- and XML-based systems, the companies said this week.
The Bluestone/XMLSolutions offering is expected in the fourth quarter.
