Fullerton, Calif.-based Internet marketplace Ecom Textile and Easysourcing.net, of Hong Kong, a business-to-business vertical portal site for apparel, textile, and accessories, this week announced a partnership to enhance the exchange of information across each other's Web sites to support the textile, apparel, machinery, and sewn products industries.
The companies will post logos on their Web sites and install a hyperlink between each site to give supply-chain participants access to the sites across the Web. The relationship is designed to create a channel for wholesalers, retailers, buyers, and manufacturers to access the companies' products. The partnership aims to enhance global transactions that are gaining importance in the textile and apparel industry, Alan Chan, general manager of Easysourcing.net, said in a statement.
