Allan Smith New CEO at Ariba

Ariba has appointed Allan Smith as its new chief executive officer for Australia and New Zealand.

The business to business (B2B) e-commerce platform and network service provider said Smith had recently been with Computer Associates for 14 years.

Most recently he was senior vice president for sales, support and CRM for the company for California, and prior to this, managing director for Australia and New Zealand.

Ariba said Smith has also spent 14 years with the Commonwealth Bank in various roles including managing operations technical support.
