Nutanix appoints new local MD

Recruits Cisco’s Howard Fyffe

Hyperconverged infrastructure vendor Nutanix has appointed a new managing director to head up its local operations.

Howard Fyffe has joined Nutanix as managing director for its Australian and New Zealand business, the vendor announced today.

Fyffe replaces Wayne Neich, who originally took on the MD role in 2013. Neich has moved into a new APAC role, Nutanix said.

Prior to joining Nutanix, Fyffe led Cisco’s ANZ IoT Solutions business, having held a variety of roles at the networking vendor since 2003.
