South Australian police have recovered a stolen iPad after its owner used built-in tracking applications to pin-point the location of the device.
The iPad was stolen from a car in the Adelaide CBD late on Monday and recovered by police after the owner tracked it via its built-in GPS and other "clever applications", including Google maps, police said.
Police said they found it in a house in north-west suburban Woodville Gardens, and a 16-year-old boy has been charged with receiving, unlawful possession and breach of bail.
He will appear in the Port Adelaide Youth Court later on Tuesday.
