The competition watchdog wants public comments on a framework for how services can access the National Broadband Network (NBN).
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is reviewing the NBN's special access undertaking (SAU) in the first half of 2012.
It released a consultation paper on the undertaking on Monday and has published the SAU online.
Public comment is invited, with the ACCC allowing initial views to be given about particular areas people think the watchdog should focus on.
Comments will be taken until March 30, 2012.
Any comments received before January 20 will be incorporated into a supplementary consultation paper.
