Remains of the Day: iPad, you pad, we all pad
- 08 July, 2011 09:37
So many remainders for you today, and they're all focused on the iPad or iPad rivals, such as they are. The remainders for Thursday, July 7, 2011 want to multitouch you all over.
Rutgers engineers took first place in a scalable computer competition at an IEEE symposium after demonstrating their supercomputer cloud computing environment--which they controlled using an iPad. iPhone 5 redesign likely says WSJ, but have you met the iPad HD? (This is my next...)
According to Joshua "Top o' the Mornin'" Topolsky, Apple will unveil an iPad 2 sequel later this fall with a screen featuring double the resolution of Apple's current tablet. I'm not saying there's a connection. Because Georgia may well know where I live.
Motorola Mobility Cuts Tablet Price (Zacks.com)
Good news! Motorola has dropped the price of the Xoom tablet to $499, a drop of $100. So now it's just as affordable as an iPad. I'm confident that will solve all of Motorola's tablet sales woes and--hahahahahahahaha. Sorry, I tried to keep a straight face. Really, I did.
