Internode comes out on top in customer satisfaction survey

92 per cent of customers happy with service

Australians have weighed in on ISPs' customer service, with Internode coming out on top.

Roy Morgan research released today shows that 92 per cent of Internode customers who participated in the study were either “very” or “fairly” satisfied with the ISP's level of customer service.

Other top rated ISPs included iiNet, which had an 89 per cent satisfaction rating, and TPG with 80 per cent.

Last year's Whirlpool Australian broadband survey, pegged Internode as the top ISP when came to customer service, with 70 per cent of participants rating it as 'Excellent' and 27.8 per cent rating it as 'Good'

Internode yesterday signed the first customer to the NBN in South Australia.
