Virginfail strikes as Virgin Mobile voicemail service dies

Mobile operator affected by system malfunctions

Virgin Mobile has experienced a voicemail outage, with the telco's Twitter account saying the service is experiencing a number of technical issues.

The tweet which was composed this morning, said Virgin would update its followers once the issue was resolved, or when it had further information.

Customers of Virgin began complaining that the system was down, with one customer telling Computerworld Australia the system began malfunctioning yesterday, and now the voicemail number is no longer answering at all.
