IT workers seek interesting jobs

Finnish IT-employees prefer interesting tasks above everything else when choosing their workplace, according to research from Gallup Observa.
Another important factor noted in the report is the atmosphere of a workplace, which has the potential to affect an individual's tasks.
Both students and long-time workers cited the need for an interesting job as the most important factor in determining where they want to work. The latter pointed out importance of good management and a company with a solid financial standing.
The importance of financial stability is larger than a year ago for experienced workers, although the attitude of students remains still the same, according to the reportGallup Observa interviewed a total of 201 IT students and IT workers altogether during August through October.
