In Brief: NSC Group establishes independent consulting group for businesses

Communications integrator, NSC Group has announced the establishment of NSC Consulting, an independent unit to assist organisations in meeting business objectives and goals through aligning business and IT.
The consulting group will focus on both customer experience optimisation and enterprise collaboration, and will comprise business consultants, domain experts, solution architects and systems analysts.
It will aim to assist organisations in understanding and articulating operational environments, and identify what they require across multiple business functions, in addition to providing a clear strategy and roadmap.
According to NSC Consulting Group head, Paul Edmondson, organisation’s methodology and frameworks are based on five key phases, including, review, analyse, design, implement and measure, through which clients are provided with governance and measurement against critical success factors.
