In brief: Kaz Singapore sale finalised

Will add $4.5 million to Connxion's bottom line

The sale of Telstra International’s Kaz Singapore business unit to Connxion Ventures (ASX: CXN) has been completed.

Under the deal, announced mid April, Connxion will internally house its core data services that are presently outsourced to IBM among other data centres.

It will also allow the company to cooperate with Telstra International on new business opportunities in Asia and India.

Some additional $4.5 million in annual revenue will be added to the company’s coffers.
