Justin Milne, CEO of OzEmail, has been given a substantial promotion with his elevation to senior vice president of the Asia/Pacific region for MCI. Milne said his region includes Japan, which should be a revenue boon for his business division but may prove to be a test of his management skills.
A few changes have occurred at ISIS Communications, which continues to spend cash faster than it can generate revenue. Stephen McFadden has resigned as company secretary and been replaced by Anthony Loschiavo, the company's general counsel. In addition, Stephen Crook has been appointed group financial controller.
Gary Gilmour has cut his ties with CI Technologies, where he was both CEO and a director. He had been involved with the company for 11 years, the past two as managing director. Until a replacement can be found Tim Bosher -- a founding shareholder who had been managing director prior to Gilmour's appointment -- will hold the fort.
Paul Appleby has resigned as CEO of online entertainment specialist Gocorp ahead of the company's merger with Lasseters Online. When the deal is complete Peter Bridge, managing director of Lasseters, will become CEO of the merged group.
