Sydney radio presenters branded "Twitter wankers"

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O accused of Twitter fraud

Sydney breakfast radio presenters Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O have been given the title of “Twitter wankers”, accused of artificially boosting the number of their Twitter followers.

CEO of Twitter marketing company uSocial.net, Leon Hill, said in a statement to Sydney’s Daily Telegraph that the Twitter fraud was apparent when the 2DayFM crew endured a growth of 30,000 followers in only 18 hours.

“It was immediately apparent that most of the people following their account were fake,” said Hill, who claims the radio presenters are using a computer program to create fake accounts and then follow their own.

“Almost none have photos, little to no updates and the ones that were updating were doing so with either their name, or an illegible grouping of letters.”

“It’s blatant spam and shows they’re nothing but Twitter wankers,” he said.

Couldn't agree more. Jackie O is the carbon copy of every other commercial radio female sidekick .... "giggle giggle, your awful laddish male presenter .... now I'll be honest about dating etc" yawn and Sandilands is just a complete cock jockey.

How pathetic.

Kyle is a W

Kyle is apparently pursuing a career in the US - good luck with that mate but I doubt you puerile, offensive, subtle as a brick humour will cut it.

You Ausies should rather listen to a decent (and original) station called 94.7 highveld in SA - although it will be evening your time. Probably where that Carl (W) and O get their ideas from - cheap impersonators! Well, not the Twitter loading, that one was their own stupidity....
