WA jails' identity management goes biometric

Argus has integrated its Cornerstone suite into the identity management solution already used by the WA Dept of Corrective Services.

Argus Solutions [ASX: ASV] has integrated the biometric features of its Cornerstone identity management solution with the Total Offender Management System [TOMS] for WA jails.

The Western Australia Department of Corrective Services [WADCS] has been using the TOMS Identity Management System [IMS] for some time.

With the integration, the features offered by Argus' Cornerstone solution can be utilised from within the TOMs front-end.

As this solution does not require customers to give up their existing systems, it has drawn the attention of other potential customers.

Argus is currently working with institutions worldwide to help them integrate Cornerstone into their existing identity management solutions.
