Here is the August State of Spam Report from Symantec. This report reviews spam activity throughout the month of June.

A closer observation of spam tactics in Asia Pacific this past month revealed some interesting trends:

- Spammers' Bullseye: The Olympic Games

- Phishing Email Targets Microsoft POP3 User Data

- Bilingual Spam Messages Emerge
