After 10 years dominating the IT recycling market in the United Kingdom, Circuit UK yesterday launched in Australia trading as JUST Recycle IT.

Like its parent company, JUST Recycle IT specialise in the removal and disposal of redundant IT ensuring all waste is disposed of ethically and environmentally.

The organization's managing director, Gary Steele, said it is unique in the Australian market.

"We are the only company to offer a complete, end-to-end solution. We not only remove clients' redundant IT, we can erase the data and then remarket the equipment using methods that are both secure and effective," he said.

In the next 12 months, Steele expects to create 20 new jobs and turn over in excess of $2 million in revenue.

"We remove the headache of dealing with redundant hardware while still being able to uphold corporate environmental responsibilities," he said.

One client, WHK Cressey Lynch, just updated its IT infrastructure and used the service for secure data erasure.

The company's principal, Alan Godbee, said the company has also implemented an employee purchase scheme and disposal of the remaining assets.
