Records compliance management solutions provider receives second consecutive award for technology developed for Lotus environment

MELBOURNE, 28 March, 2006 — AXS-One Inc. (AMEX: AXO), a leading provider of records compliance management software solutions, today announced that it has received the 2006 Lotus Advisor Editors' Choice Award in the category of IT Governance and Compliance. This is the second consecutive year AXS-One has been honoured by a Lotus Advisor Editors' Choice Award.

"The 2006 Lotus Editors' Choice Awards recognise robust solutions for Lotus application architects, developers and administrators," said John Hawkins, editorial director of Lotus Advisor Magazine. "We're pleased to acknowledge the achievements of AXS-One for its innovative solutions, which enhance the productivity and efficiency of users in the Lotus community."

"We're honoured to be recognised for the second consecutive year by Lotus Advisor Magazine for our technology development work and commitment to the Lotus community," said Bill Lyons, CEO of AXS-One Inc, which is headquartered in Rutherford, New Jersey. "This award acknowledges the importance of issues related to compliance and corporate governance for enterprises in every sector, and we believe our offerings constitute the best technology and services on the market."

During Lotusphere 2006 AXS-One unveiled new functionality for AXS Link for Lotus Notes™, a fully integrated component of the company's signature offering, the AXS-One Compliance Platform™. The enhancements include expanded administrative and processing options that enable Lotus Domino administrators to continue to manage their Domino infrastructure (especially storage and associated mail management) and backup costs with greater archival reliability and efficiency, as well as mitigate corporate email liability and enable e-discovery.

The Editorial Advisory Board for Lotus Advisor Magazine, which serves business and technology executives, managers, architects, developers, and administrators who use IBM Lotus software, rigorously analysed the products and services presented at Lotusphere for this year's most innovative offerings. The winners were selected on the basis of characteristics such as application design, simplicity and ease of integration.

The winners of the Editors' Choice Awards will appear in the May issue of Lotus Advisor Magazine and featured online at http://www.LotusAdvisor.com.
